TMI

I’m not sure what’s happing. Iv been on the implant had it taken out begging of January. Had one period lasting 5 days. Im not sure how many days between I am as never had a regular period due to implant. Well Friday all day I was changing my pad every 2-3 hours. (I’m normally light) Very heavy with clots. (Iv not had clots before.) Really bad cramping I was rolled in a ball most of the day. Feeling sick and light headed. Saturday nothing no blood and still now. But still feeling sick, cramping and bad back pain. I guess my question is, is a really heavy period for one day normal ? And to be feeling sick etc still now. 😩 thanks
