Symptoms disappeared
I am about 5 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had sore breasts and morning sickness. Today I woke up and breasts are not sore at all, no morning sickness. Loss of all symptoms. Could this mean miscarriage? I’ve had no bleeding spotting or cramping so far
