My little one sleeps about that same schedule and I’ll make sure to change her before she falls asleep so I won’t have to in the middle of the night

We go 1 size up on diapers at night, to prevent issues. It’s worked wonders so far! She’s a morning 7am pooper, so that’s helpful too.

My son sleeps 7pm-7am and I don’t change his diaper in the middle of the night. He gets a clean one before bed and a new one right when he wakes up. I have the 12 hr overnight diapers though. Also he always poops in the afternoon so his night diaper is only pee. If your baby poops during the night usually, you may want to change it. However there’s been like one or 2 times my son pooped overnight and I didn’t change until morning. It was fine I just gave him a bath and diaper cream so he wouldn’t get a rash.
