BMI 34 and 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant!
I recently found out I was pregnant after nearly a year of trying! 🎉 but I am really worried about my weight.. I am 5”7 and I weigh 218lbs. I am hoping to naturally lose weight as before conceiving I was a big drinker and pretty much ate whatever I wanted, but since we found out almost a week ago I have been very conscious about what I am eating and ensuring a healthier diet. I have scared myself by reading lots of things online and I just wondered if anyone had any advice regarding this? Thank you in advance 💕
