Stomach pain after orgasm

I don’t know if this happens to anyone else or If anyone is aware of why but sometimes after I masturbate and I orgasm I get belly cramps afterwards, similar to period pains. Sometimes it happens before I’m due on but it happened yesterday and I’m not due on for 11 days.

If anyone could help I’d appreciate it!
