What can I do to stop smoking?

Me n my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for a year n a bit n I’ve been trying to stop smoking but always find myself going back to it does anyone no any tips to stop smoking?

I stopped smoking because I wanted to conceive my second. I know it’s hard but you have to push and keep your head up and keep your mind set on your future. Get your so to help you and keep you positive and keep you going and to quit mine did and it helped me so much.

Hey,  same here I've actually made a vision board for this year and the number one goal was to quit smoking. I've stopped and picked up vaping since Jan 1st. I have no craving at all for a cigarette, and barely want to keep vaping. I believe if you write it down and look at it everyday you can achieve it! Or find other things to keep you occupied.
