Is ecig as bad as smoking when trying to conceive?

Answer

Technically no, they aren’t as bad because you aren’t inhaling smoke (fire+tobacco= combustion= smoke)... you’re inhaling steam/vapor. That being said, you’re still inhaling and consuming nicotine which is highly addictive and by using e-cigs you’re potentially running the risk of actually using more nicotine in a given day than you would with cigarettes. You’d be doing yourself a huge favor if you just gave up all addictive substances at the very least by the time you find out you’re pregnant.
