I don’t put anything in the inside EVER but I use mild scented bar soap like IVORY to wash the outside.

You should not be cleaning the inside of your vagina. It is self cleaning

There are specific soaps in the pharmacies made for washing sensitive areas like down there. I know an Iodine based one and that’s what I use because it is also antibacterial. If I’m not mistaken, I think using regular body soap down there messes up the pH of that area and could cause irritations, makes it smell bad etc. Before using specific soap, I used regular soap and to be honest I don’t remember being irritated by it but in terms of smelling bad I don’t remember.

now that I'm pregnant I've become so susceptible to yeast infections that I only clean inside with water and I use vagisil to clean around. not messing with my ph lol
