I woke up at 7:30am & didn’t temp but moved around and used the restroom - then went back to sleep waking up now @ 9:30am & took my temp. There is a spike from yesterday’s 97.33 to 98.06.
My question is should I toss today’s reading because the spike is likely from my earlier moving around?
It’s only CD 11 for me and I don’t believe I’ve ovulated yet.
