Elliptical help
Can someone who uses an elliptical help me out? So I bought one for my home and used it for the first time yesterday. I did 30 mins with my heart rate around 130-140bpm.
By the end it said I only burned 90 calories. I used to do planet fitness and those ellipticals would say I burned 300 calories or more. I know that number can be inflated on equipment but why such a difference in the 2 machines?
