Help!! Burned my face

I was trying to remove my facial hair using an epilator. Since it was hurting to much I stopped and when I looked over to the mirror I notice that my cheek was very red and it was burning a lottttt. I don’t know what to do. I already applied ointment but I really don’t know what should I do.
