If you don’t normally use lube, don’t bother. It’s only a sperm friendly alternative for those who need/prefer lube anyway, not a fertility booster.

Mustard seed oil is a good alternative. As long as you have no issues with using a food grade product as a lube. Mustard oil makes sperm hyperactive which means they swim faster and better which ups your chances of conceiving.
