Leg Pain

Just got our first bfp after 3rd <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, first transfer. First beta came back at 66. Last night I had some mild cramping and leg pain that wrapped around my hip and went to the middle of my leg. Is this normal or a bad sign?
