3 months and teething ?

My baby will be 4 months next week, but I think he’s teething since he has his fingers in his mouth all the time and his cheeks look Rosie.. is this a sign of teething or I’m I just over thinking ?

My son was teething at 3 months and had his first tooth at 4 1/2-5 months old. He was constantly chewing on his fingers and everything else, he was drooling absolutely everywhere and had a drool rash from it. He also had a stuffy nose and his cheeks were a little red. He would also sometimes be so fussy that nothing would help but baby Tylenol but that wasn’t until 6-7 months when his 3rd tooth was coming in. So yeah it could be teething or it could be something else, when it comes to teething, it’s hard to pin point the symptoms unless you see a tooth coming through or after the tooth popped through and you look back and see those things as teething like I did with my son.
