Pole dancing!
Hey ladies!
I recently started pole dancing lessons a few weeks ago, been to three lessons so far. It’s been great, and as far as exercise goes, super fun.
I only have one issue and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have a big old mark on my inner thigh from gripping the pole! I’ve looked it up and reckon it’s pole burn (cause from the friction of my skin on the pole), but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and know of any creams/remedies to help it? I keep going to pole as well which probably doesn’t help 😒 but I’d like to have the best of both worlds if possible haha
