Embracing your physical flaws
I have several physical aspects that I consider flaws and am extremely self conscious about and cause me a lot of anxiety. I obsess over them. They are not things that can be changed. I am so tired of feeling this way. I can not control who I am and the way my body is. Has anyone learned to overcome this and accept and love themselves in spite of their flaws? I need tips.
