Tight af

When masturbating, most of the time I can only fit one finger in -- trying any more is quite painful, and even one can feel very uncomfortable. I also have difficulty getting tampons in sometimes. I'm so tight. I'm nervous about how I could possibly have sex someday. (And yes, I have tried it when well lubricated. It's slightly less painful but still uncomfortable)

How can I alleviate the nervousness? Is it normal to be this tight and sensitive?
