Ovulation?

I know it's too soon to tell just yet but just want to see if I'm starting to get the hang of this charting thing....I think I o'd on CD 14....but I didn't t get a positive opk until this afternoon noon....thoughts?... temperature dip and the higher temps means ovulation right?
