I just accidentally peed on myself in the middle of a public mall. It came on very suddenly with no warning and then it just happened. I couldn’t control it at all. Normally when I do have to pee it does come on suddenly, but I’m able to make it to the bathroom in time. This time I couldn’t. I am so embarrassed😰😭

Does anybody know why? Should I talk to my doctor about it? Should I be worried?
