no that's not the right one. you have to get red raspberry LEAF tea, not red raspberry. check the baby aisle of the grocery store, sometimes the right one is there. look for brands like earth mama or traditional medicinals. if you cant find it at your regular store, drugstores usually have them or stores like whole foods. Also you can always order from Amazon it's usually cheaper on there too. my favorite is the 3 pack of the earth mama third trimester tea.
