Is turbo shake safe during pregnancy?

I’m wondering if turbo-shake is safe to drink during pregnancy? I’m had trouble gaining weight this pregnancy. In 17 weeks and have lost more weight then I have gained. I’ve been suggested to start drinking protein shakes, i have a few different kinds WHEY PROTEIN, slim fast keto, and NUTRISYSTEM TURBO SHAKE). Since I’m trying to gain weight I’m not sure if the NUTRISYSTEM  turbo shake is okay to drink.

Ask your OB specifically for a list of approved protein shakes for weight gain, no one else.

Ask your doctor. Nutrisystem shakes are for weight loss. You'll want ones that give you nutrition, like Boost or Ensure.
