Help mamas!!!! I know a lot of you are going through this 4 month sleep regression thing... have you found any tips or tricks??

My LO is having a hard time falling asleep which is new. She had always been a great sleeping and didnt need any coaxing. But now the second I lay her down she wakes up and thrashes around everywhere. It doesnt matter where I put her she always wakes up and cant fall back asleep when she is put down. Last night she woke up at 10pm!!!!! 10PM!!! She was up until midnight unable to fall back asleep. It just about killed me.
