Honestly there is not a lot that you really “need” as they have almost everything for you. But besides change of clothing for you, and baby to go home in... pack an extra charger for phone, tablet, etc. maybe a snack or two incase you need something to eat in the middle of the night. For me I would say an extra thing I was glad I thought of was a little make up. Day two I had a friend come who took some beautiful pictures and I was glad I could get a bit of make up on my face for those.
