I havent been drinking more at all. Like I just went pee 10 minutes ago and now I have an urge to go again? And I am having cramps and dizziness, backache and nausea.

Frequent urination doesn’t happen as a direct result of pregnancy until much later. At 8-9dpo, implantation either just happened or hasn’t even happened yet, and wouldn’t be causing any pregnancy symptoms.
It’s unrelated and likely coincidental.

It can take a few days for the hormones to build up, you may not have been implanted yet. Don’t loose hope, just wait until your period is due.
