What’s your favorite Green Smoothie Recipe?

Question

I’m looking to change up my morning smoothie recipe.

Answer

• two handfuls of spinach 
• one banana
• one cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen but frozen tastes better)
• one cup of unsweetened almond milk
• one tbsp of chia seeds (optional)
Throw everything in the blender and enjoy!

1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 🥛 
1/2 cup frozen strawberries 🍓 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries 
1 large kale leaf 🥬 
1 scoop plant based protein (I like sun warrior protein in vanilla flavor)
1 scoop superfood greens (I like the organics green+ brand in wild berry flavor)
1 tablespoon ground chia seed
1 tablespoon maca powder
4-6 ice cubes (depends on how thick you like your smoothie, I like extra thick)
Super healthy and gut friendly!!! I have it every single morning. I also add a special fruit anthocyanin extract I purchase from my naturopath. It adds a nice tart berry flavor and extra antioxidants and vitamins.

Apple, pineapple, mango, banana and kiwi with yogurt  (sometimes I add kale and a little sweetener) 
Also 
Strawberry, banana, mango, peach, kale, and kiwi with yogurt you can add some avocado too 😊 I have to be in the mood for avocado so I don’t usually add it unless I feel I haven’t gotten enough greens
