Anyone else in so much pain to get out of bed?!35 weeks

I legit dread getting out of bed there's so much pressure and nothing I do brings me relief. I want to cry. Lol

It’s the worst. Also I feel like there is a pinch in my back when I get out of bed.

For me getting up from the couch is much more painful. I don’t know if it’s because I’m in a sitting position and my joints become stiff 🤷🏻‍♀️. However getting out of the bed seems easier.
