I have a subtle pain that feels like gas but perhaps a little more painful in my left lower abdomen. I have not had any bleeding at all through these pst seven weeks. It is only there when I sit up or stand up, and then it’s gone again. I’m thinking it’s gas. But I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has some insight on this since it’s a Sunday at 10pm and I’m not concerned enough to call my doctor on an emergency line.

Tbh, I’m just trying to fart but it’s not working.
