Ingrown hairs or herpes

I have this cluster of bumps on my vagina, like on my outer lips. They didn't really hurt until I scratched them now they just feel irritated, and some of them have liquid out like they're pimples? Idk. I'm scared it's herpes and Google isn't helping me.
