I just got my Mirena about a month ago and I just recently got off my period (that I had been on for almost two weeks) and I’ve noticed that my discharge is a little different and almost thicker? besides that, when my bf gave me oral last night he said I tasted different? Has anyone ever experience any of this with mirena? I know it can thicken up your cervix mucus and maybe that’s why my discharge is different but I’m not sure why that would affect how I taste (which is apparently more sour). I get test quite often so it’s not an STI.
