I’m embarrassed my mom was just awful so I had to figure out things on my own. How is a bra supposed to fit lol? I’ll get one size and my boobs are pouring over but the next size fits ok but some days it looks like the bra is swallowing my boobs

You can find charts online and measure yourself of you don't want to have someone else do it. That's what I have always done.

Most shops by the underwear department have women there that will assist you, dont be shy ask for help, they measure you and will help you find the right bra for you. Good luck 😊

Honestly department stores ladies have always measured me the most accurate... it’s really simple you just wear a loose shirt with no bra then they take 3 measurements and BAM bra size. It’s really important to be measured so many young women wear the wrong sized bra...
Little backstory- when I was in the 8th grade we went to try on bras. I was trying on all these AB and C cups and NOTHING was fitting correctly... turns out I was a 34DD 😂 never would have guessed that! 
I get measured usually just once a year, that’s about how frequently I buy bras.

Boobs can fluctuate in size with hormones. So don’t stress, find one which sits somewhere in the middle for you.
