Before pregnancy I was the same way! My boyfriend would constantly try to turn me on by playing with my nipples but I just wouldn’t care/really feel anything. Maybe try nipple piercings. (If you are into that, I had them for a long time to help me have some feeling) Now if he even touches them at all they ache and hurt due to getting ready to have a baby lmao.
