Lots of lightning crotch?

So tonight baby is beating me up. I've had so much lightning crotch it's not even funny. Does this mean anything or is baby just being a jerk?

I had a tonnnn of literally lightening crotch to the point it would make make me wince. It started about 2 weeks before my scheduled c section. On my actual date for my cesarean, I went into labor.

I've been told it's just our bodies getting ready for labor. It's just really sucky to have to deal with. I took a hot bath when mine wouldn't stop the other night. I don't know if it was soaking or making myself relax but they ended up getting better.
