Help ANYONE ELSE WITH PCOS

Did any other ladies stop getting their periods when they gained weight?? I used to have normal cycles with my pcos and I gained 50lbs within the last year and my cycles have stopped . I’m hoping if I lost weight they’ll go back to normal 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
