Spit up
My baby eats really well and sleeps really well. But no matter how much/long I feed her( 8 min or 20) she usually will spit up or it shoots out and then have hick ups. I believe it’s reflux... I burp her and try keeping her upright for at least 10 min after. She sleeps lying flat in a bassinet type pack n play. I worry that I’m not helping it. Any suggestions?
