Help! beard burn from bf!

My bf had stubble and apparently my chin didnt appreciate it.. Got a lot of chin spots, and he decided to grow it out a bit so it was softer. The spots were healing and i thought my chin was getting used to his beard, but it happened again!! Really annoying because the rest of my skin is clear! Any suggestions of how to heal it quickly and how to stop it completely??
