Period cramps 😩

Hi friends,

Today is my second day of my period and normally I do not have bad cramps anymore since I got on birth control. This time around I am dying, I can barely get up. I am in business school and I couldn’t miss my exam today but does anyone have any recommendations? I took pain reliever but I don’t have access to a hot water bottle or things like that.
