I am 5'10" and had lost down to 255 lbs in November. In early December, I found out that I was pregnant. 
Currently 18 weeks with a healthy, baby boy and... I'm 46 years old. I also have a 7 year old daughter that I had at 38 who is amazing and perfect.

I’m 40 years old. 5’3” and 265. First pregnancy and although they are monitoring me closely, so far so good. Thank G-d! I’m 17 weeks.
