My first pregnancy I started at 180 and ended at 250-260. Like I could not stop eating no symptoms just super hungry(also baby was only 7lbs 12 oz at 41 weeks and 3 days) . Right after that pregnancy I worked my butt off to lose the weight and maintained a 150-160 within a few months sounds crazy but I really did it. Now I’m pregnant again and like I can not stop eating and I keep gaining weight. Not the small 20-30 lbs some people gain like I’m currently at 190 at only 11 weeks. Help me please. I know I can’t be super small or anything but I don’t want to gain almost 100 lbs. Everytime I look at others weight gain it’s very very small. Thankfully I have no symptoms just like the last pregnancy besides feeling like I’m hungry all the time.... but I would just like to be able to breathe at the end of this one. Anything will help. I want to still carry a healthy baby so nothing crazy but yeah thanks ladies!

Last pregnancy

Right before I got pregnant like a month or two.

Now me at 190 lbs only 11 weeks.

Also I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life it always seems to fluctuate extremely unless I am lifting weight and working out. I’m a mesomorph so I gain easy and lose very easy. But I struggled with unhealthy eating/dieting habits growing up from middle school to high school. When I lost the weight in a healthy way I was so proud and happy and healthy lol. Now I just feel scared I can’t lift weights or do my same eating routines because it never fulfills me and I don’t want to hurt my baby from crazy workouts. But I would like advice on how to get a little healthy this pregnancy 😌😩
