Is it too early to tell?

Hello everyone! I’m new on here. Me and my Fiancé have a beautiful 3 month old baby boy💙 we decided we want to start trying again. Yes I know we’re crazy! We’ve had sex every day since Feb 16th and my ovulation day was the 18th. I took a pregnancy test this morning having really high hopes it would say pregnant but it didn’t..😞 
Is it too soon? Should I just go get a blood test? Should I just relax and wait😂 I’m so anxious!

Yes still early..am new to all this too I ovulated on February 11th and was told to wait 7 to 12 days before testing..needless to say I am suppose to start my period today and yet I nothing..lol I think am just going to wait to miss it completely then test. 
But woman have told me you can test after 7 days..but the accuracy may not be to high
