I had a Pap smear last week and the doctors office just called and said there were abnormal cells and it’s low grade dysplasia. I go back Wednesday to have a colposcopy. I was reading where this is pre-cancerous, and is caused by HPV. I had the HPV vaccine 11 years ago when I was 14. The nurse said it’s usually not serious but I am freaking out. My grandmother had uterine cancer so Im scared to death I will get cancer or never be able to have children. I’ve been TTC for 9 months now. Has anyone had a similar situation? Just looking for something to possibly ease my mind before my appointment in two days. Im totally freaking out😭😭😭
