Can you wear a thong on you're period?! And what's the best type of underwear to wear ?!

I wear anything comfy, but def not granny panties lol. I have to wear a pad even with a tampon, so I usually wear something cute but comfy.

I use a cup so I wear what ever or just none. I have some just regular boy shorts that are stained that I wear if I use a pad.

That depends on how heavy your flow is and what type of products you use. I don’t wear thongs at all but I use cups sometimes and will elect to wear none at all. I usually wear something cotton with full coverage though. 
I also wear the THINX panties too
