First symptoms or virus?

So has anyone had insane nausea w vomiting and bad diarrhea as early as 4 weeks? I am two days late now but still no bfp. Wondering if this is a first symptom... or if i have some stomach virus or flu. I only ever experienced some nausea (with no vomiting or diarrhea) with my first two pregnancies. Trying to wait another few days before I test again but this is terrible.

Can you hold any liquids down, or do they come right back up? If you can’t hold them down (make sure you’re only sipping a little bit every 5-10 min, not chugging!) then it’s probably a virus. I only ever had nausea with my pregnancy and it didn’t come on till about 6 weeks, so I’m not sure if 4 weeks is too early for that level of hormones, but every pregnancy is different 🤷‍♀️

I’ve got bad stomach cramps and diarrhea today. I remember having this with my first pregnancy but not until after I had missed AF. I’m currently 12dpo and AF scheduled to arrive Thursday.
