What to wear on your period

What kind of clothes are sutiable and good for when ur on your shark week?!

Comfortable clothes, dark colors if you have problems with leaks. Nothing too tight if you bloat. Whatever you want really.

I wear the same thing I always wear but I dress comfortably in general. Even on my days where I’m not on my cycle I don’t wear like jeans or anything like that. I wear tampons though so I don’t have to worry about a bulky pad everywhere I go.

Dresses! With loose/stretchy tights. I get really bad cramps, so can’t wear anything with a tight waistband, and I find dresses are the best business/office attire when my uterus is trying to kill me from the inside.

Anything that's not white, personally I especially don't wear skirts on my period just in case something trickles down 😅

Anything. I generally avoid white pants/shorts because that's risky. And if I'm wearing a pad, I avoid leggings. Other than that, whatever.
