If you are opk testing, yes it can work. But don’t rely on something that isn’t attached to your body. Your cycles can change at any time no matter how regular you are.

The app is great for tracking cycles and logging info, but the algorithm is pretty basic and not accurate for everyone. I used opks along with the app.
