Nutritional shakes!!
Hello ladies!
Whats a good shake safe for pregnancy? I want to know what your go to is! Such as isagenix, shakeology etc. *safe for breastfeeding as well*
I am looking to add extra nutrition during this pregnancy and workout some at home as i refuse to be lazy this pregnancy!!!
Hopeing the shake will help give me some energy throughout the day as well as with 2 kiddos i NEED it!!!
