How did you stop..?

Ladies that smoked cigarettes (gross i know) i started last year (dumb choice but it helped with my anxiety & i cannot smoke weed nor be near it because of a horrible experience) how did you stop? i feel like this is playing a huge factor in not getting pregnant.

I switched to vaping and just didn't buy anymore cigarettes. I used juice with only 3 mg nicotine in it and slowly went down from there.

I was smoking for about 6 months, and in October my cigarettes were making me gag and feel nauseous. And that’s just how I knew I was pregnant. I stopped cold turkey, and two weeks later I found out I was pregnant (ended in miscarriage) but I haven’t gone back to it since

Read “Allen Carr’s easy way” it helped me, I went from a pack to none by the end of that book, 6hrs and haven’t had one since not even a craving. 
He describes cigarettes being the monster, and once you realize that you’re a addict and that you’re not chasing the next cigarette but the last one, you’ll see it for what it really is.
The physical goes away(just think you don’t wake up during the night because of cravings) but the mental is what you’re addicted to and that’s why people fail, they don’t see the mental aspect of quitting.

I switched to vaping but I still smoke 1-5 cigarettes per day. It helps with my anxiety too and I don’t smoke weed. I’ve cut down from 1 pack per day to 1-5 cigs per day by vaping instead.
