Everything feels out of place after birth...I keep queefing🤦🏻‍♀️
I gave birth 5 months ago and my lower body feel very out of place. Sometimes when I sit it feels uncomfortable... as if I’m super boney and I’m sitting on a hard surface. i ESPECIALLY feel this when laying on my sides. It looks as if my sides of my hips/butt has now dipped in. There’s zero fat to it? I’m wondering if that’s because I’m nursing? When I sit or bed over I can feet my tail bone. It feels really odd. I can feel it up in my butt crack. Sometimes it’s more to the left side, and other times it’s more to the right. When I look at my side figure it looks almost like my hips are tilted inwards.
Now I NEVER used to queef. I was always super tight down stairs. Now if I sleep without undies or pants and I move (I get air up in there), when we have sex, same thing. I feel very loose and just different.
Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it last? What did it feel like? Did you get help for it? I’m so so worried that I’m going to be stuck like this forever.
