9 months ago I had a Pap smear and it came back abnormal. They did a biopsy on the cells and it came back precancerous. I was told there is no treatment necessary because they can go away on their own so I need to wait 9 months and came back for another Pap smear....

Well, I did just that and today I got the results that my pap came back abnormal again and I need to retest in 6 months...

has this happened to anyone? And why have been the results?

I am worried they didn’t go away on their own like my doctor had said.

And might I mention, a few months before I got this test I got unusually sick. So sick I was in and out getting all tests possible including ultrasounds, colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood tests etc etc. and nothing was every concluded.
