Hey ladies, I’ve been ttc for a while now and am wondering what vitamins hubby should be taking for ttc? What has worked for you? What should I be taking besides prenatals? Anything helps thanks!

I read CoQ10 and zinc for men in addition to a multivitamin! That's what I have my husband on

Absolutely, your man should be taking vitamins! There are plenty of benefits for a man to take vits when trying to conceive. A good mens multivitamin, with follic acid, b vits, and I added in Maca and ashwaganda into my mans "pill salad" (as he calls it). Its just a good booster to help get him producing happy little sperm! Do some research on the benefits of men taking vitamins, and you will be hittin' the store (or Amazon) in no time! :P
