Should I get another blood test?

Had hcg’s last week. 
02/18 - 64
02/20 - 183
02/22 - 425 
I had some mild cramping last night but nothing today. I now have an ultrasound March 11. I am 5 weeks today or tomorrow. She asked if I wanted another blood test for reassurance. Should I? Or should I be fine?

They are doubling like they should. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Cramping can actually be a good sign that the pregnancy is pregressing. If it doesnt get better with Tylenol or you start bleeding then go to the ER. If not just try and relax. Im 6w3d and I swear I thought I was mc bc of cramps and other symptoms. 
Hcg at 4 weeks was 4000
A week later it was 23000 and ultrasound showed a 6w1d baby with a heartbeat.

If you feel like you need to ease your mind some more I would do it. But try not to stress! Those numbers are going up as they should. My HCG yesterday was 2,519 at approx. 4w4d but everyone is different!
